Quintessence AI · RITUAL Launch

Quintessence AI launches RITUAL, Europe's first certified training programme for responsible AI.

Quintessence AI marks a milestone with the launch of RITUAL, the first certified digital training programme dedicated to the ethical, responsible and legal use of artificial intelligence in professional settings. Designed for companies and deployed across Europe, this turnkey programme equips employees with the skills to use AI tools safely while meeting the new requirements of regulatory compliance.

Delivered as a one-hour module per year, the RITUAL training is designed for all employee profiles, with no technical prerequisites. It offers a concrete breakdown of the major challenges AI poses in the workplace, including:

  • Algorithmic bias and system transparency
  • Security vulnerabilities in large language models (LLMs)
  • Maintaining critical thinking in the face of AI-generated outputs

The goal is practical: to give employees the tools to instantly identify AI-related risks in their day-to-day work and respond to them in concrete terms.

Developed by a team of scientists, RITUAL is updated annually to keep pace with the latest research advances and the rapidly evolving landscape of AI applications.

"AI will only create lasting value at Safran if it is built on a foundation of responsibility and trust. By supporting Quintessence AI, we are committing to the concrete, annual upskilling of our teams for an ethical use of AI."

Christophe Hesters, Chief Data Officer, Safran, and Director of Safran Analytics

The training is validated by a certification recognised by a consortium of public and private partners. The consortium guarantees the excellence of RITUAL, ensuring the programme remains at the cutting edge of research, informed by AI practices as they continue to take shape, and relevant across industries. Partners meet quarterly to discuss sector-specific challenges and shape the topics covered by the training.

"The great challenge of the coming years is not technological: it is human and collective."
