Demo, meeting or contact request: first name, last name, work email, phone number, company and, where applicable, message, along with the site language and the date of the request.

Sample report: work email, language and date of the request.

Job application: first name, last name, email, message, your documents (CV and, if you wish, a cover letter or publications) and, if you wish, a link (LinkedIn or online CV). Documents are sent to our team by email and are not stored on the site.

We only collect what we need to reply to you. This information is never linked to the answers to the Taboo test.

Replying to your requests (demo, meeting, contact, sample report): your consent, given in the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Reviewing your application: your consent, given in the form, and pre-contractual steps taken with a view to possible recruitment.

Sending you information about our products: only if you have agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Requests and business contacts: 3 years from our last exchange with you.

Applications: 2 years from our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner; if you are hired, your application joins your employee file.

After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Only the QAI France teams handling your request have access to it. Our technical providers (hosting of the site and our tools, meeting scheduling) process it on our behalf and on our instructions. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

Meeting scheduling uses Google Calendar (Google), which may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

The test asks for no name and no email. Only the role and function are provided, and results are only ever shown in aggregate, by team and by business unit.

The site sets a single cookie, which remembers your chosen language (English or French). It is needed for the site to work and is not used for any tracking. The site uses no audience measurement or advertising tools.

On the “Request a demo” page, the scheduling calendar is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies: see Google's privacy policy.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to reach@quintessenceai.com: we reply within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) at www.cnil.fr.
